PRACTICE TIMES!!!
It is time to start practice. We will begin the first week of January. I have scheduled Wed and Thur nights from 7-9pm. I will have to continually check with the building scheduler to make sure we are okay. I will do that once school starts again and post weekly practice plans. For now plan on Wed and Thur nights. Our first tournament in Jan 28-29 so we need to work very hard!

Most of you brought me your IVA/AVA membership card. If you did not already do so: go back and edit your profile and add NUC as your club team. I need to get the roster prepared.

BYU Tickets
Christina and Stephanie brought Free BYU tickets for their last two games. They play Thursday and Saturday at BYU. Let me know if you want some.

Parent Meeting Nov. 15th!!
Parent Meeting tomorrow at LHS in Jamie's room #123. Enter through the NE doors. Bring all your paperwork-player info, health sheet, and financial contract. Print out your IVA/USA membership and a small school picture so I can laminate your cards. If imvolleyball allows, put NUC as your club name.

Parent Meeting & 13U
Parent Meeting will be on Monday, November 15th at 6:30 pm in the commons area at Lehi High. Please bring all your paperwork and make sure you have signed up with IVA!! It should be a very short meeting. Athletes can come if they want to.
13U team is still looking for 4 players. As of now we have enough to play and we will pick up players as we go. I am not worried at all. I will make sure we play. We are looking for 7th graders, most of the kids that were on Lindsey's team, so spread the word.

14U Team is full!!
The 14U team is full and I am so excited! The following have told me they are participating; if I misunderstood let me know ASAP! Also, I am excited to announce Stephanie Snow the MB from BYU will also be helping us! (Don't mind the spelling)

Links for Paperwork
On the right you will find 3 links. All 3 must be filled out and printed and brought with you to the parent meeting on November 15 as well as your USA Volleyball card. Go to imvolleyball.org and resgister as a member of USA Volleyball. You should be able to print a card. I need the card and all 3 forms of paperwork!!! The handbook will be posted shortly, but you DO NOT need to print it.

NUC Volleyball 13U and 14U
Sorry about the rush! We got approval to run two teams today during B4. Then we had practice and went straight to the Jr. High Volleyball League. Things are in a bit of chaos temporarily.
This is the new plan--- We don't want to have to advertise to all the elementary schools for the teams. So, instead of a 12U team, we will have a 13U team and 14U team. The goal is still to only have 10 players/team. I cannot tell you who will make the team until I know who is interested. I only want girls in our area that are going to Lehi High. You do not HAVE to be on this team, it is not mandatory to be on this team for any future considerations on the high school team. I am just sick of paying so much money and we want to offer the community a cheaper option for club. If I only have 10 girls interested we will not have a tryout. I honestly don't want 60 girls there to tryout. The girls that played Jr. High are a good start. Make sure you are aware of the commitment and the $ before you tell me you are interested. We will practice 2 times a week starting after Christmas and participate in approximately 6 tournaments. It is hard with other sports, but we can usually work around them. The cost will be around $650.00.
Jamie, Christina Measom (BYU) and I will coach and we will run everything at Lehi.
Let me know ASAP if you are interested and what team your daughter would need to try out for. That will give us enough time to conduct a tryout around the same time as the other clubs if necessary.
